Caabu will be hosting a panel discussion on Libya: The Struggle for the post-Qadhafi Future. The panelists will include Noman Benotman, Richard Northern, Nicholas Pelham, and Jason Pack, who has co-organised this event. They will discuss the power struggles between competing Libyan forces, and the role of Britain in Libya today.

I have recently graduated from Edinburgh University where I studied Arabic and am currently interning at Caabu. I first visited Palestine in the summer of 2011, when I travelled around with some friends and lived with a family in Dheisheh refugee camp.  I subsequently spent my year abroad in Amman, Jordan and regularly returned to Palestine throughout the year.

The Qatar UK Year of Culture presents the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in a musical celebration featuring English favourites by Vaughan Williams and Elgar and world premieres by up and coming Qatari film composer, Wael Binali and  renowned British composer David Heath.
