Caabu Director Chris Doyle gives his reaction to Israel allowing the reopening of Rafah crossing between Gaza and Egypt. He argues that allowing 50 Palestiians out of Gaza every day considering the 17-20,000 who need emergency medical treatment, is way insufficient.
