Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt responds to Caabu and other aid agencies concerned about the situation in Yemen

Caabu remains extremely concerned about the situation in Yemen where millions are facing starvation.  It is vital that the UK and other key international actors do everything possible not just to see the Stockholm Agreement of December 2018 implemented but built upon to bring about a lasting political solution to this dreadful conflict.

In a letter in response to a group of aid agencies concerned about the situation in Yemen, including Caabu, Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt confirmed that peace talks are a top priority for Yemen and that there can only be a political solution to the conflict. "It is vital that the parties act in good faith and take urgent stepts to implement agreements made in Stockholm."
