Cross-party MPs urge UK Government to support UN Human Rights Council Commission of Inquiry report on protests in Gaza

Five cross-party MPs have written to Foreign Office and Department for International Development Minister Alistair Burt, urging the Government to support the UN Human Rights Council Commission of Inquiry report on protests in Gaza, backing the endorsement of it by ten UK-based humanitarian, development, human rights and faith organisations, including Caabu. The signatories to the letter include Caabu Chair Rt Hon David Jones MP and Caabu board member Rt Hon Alistair Carmichael MP as well as Richard Burden MP, Chair of the Britain-Palestinine All Party Parliamentary Group, Tommy Sheppard MP, Vice Chair of the Britain-Palestine All Party Parliamentary Group and Lisa Nandy MP, Chair of Labour Friends of Palestine and the Middle East (LFPME).
