Office Space Available at The Arab British Centre

OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE AT THE ARAB BRITISH CENTRE

For Arab-related not-for-profit organisations

Since the Arab British Centre was founded in 1977, we have housed and subsidised like-minded organisations involved in Arab-British relations in our central London premises (our 'licensees'). From late 2012, office space on the third floor of the Arab British Centre will be available for a new licensee. The 530 square foot furnished office was recently redecorated and has ample room for 8 large desks. Occupancy of the Centre also includes free use of the meeting rooms and library, and the opportunity to share expertise and ideas with other similar organisations.

As a charity, the Arab British Centre benefits from council tax relief on the basis that its premises are used for charitable purposes. All running costs incurred by the Centre are re-charged to our licensees according to the space they occupy -- we do not make a profit from the contribution of our licensees. 

Price & Terms

£18,500 - £24,000 per annum depending on options selected. Minimum two years' occupancy.
