Arab Cinima Season

Throughout August the National Film Theatre presents, in association with Zenith Foundation, a month of Arab Cinema, featuring some of the best films of the last decade from across the Arab world. While Iranian cinema has garnered much critical attention in the West, Arab films have remained largely overlooked.

The season will bring together Egyptian films, Levantine cinema from Lebanon, Syria and Palestine, and North African films from Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.
