About the speaker:

Dr Toby Dodge is a Reader in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Consulting Senior Fellow for the Middle East at the International Institute for Strategic Studies. He has been researching and publishing on Iraqi politics and history for the last twenty years.

His most recent book, Iraq: from war to a new authoritarianism, was published at the start of 2013.
